GOOD NEIGHBOR AWARDS
While problem solving with constituents and participating in the resolution of deficiencies that affect my 3rd Ward neighbors, I realized many "good neighbors" exist quietly within our community. The Portsmouth community is really a very caring community with neighbors who care for one another. It is our strength. In an effort to recognize the strengths and spirit of compassion I invite 3rd Ward residents to contact me for the nomination of individuals for a "Good Neighbor Award."
